Natterjack Irish Whiskey

Founded by Aiden & Lisa Mehigan along with Jordan Via, master distiller at Breckenridge Distillery, they shared a love for Irish Whiskey and a desire to pair Irish tradition with American techniques. Together they created Gortinore Distillery, located at The Old Mill, Kilmacthomas, in Waterford, Ireland, where over 150 years ago it was built to make wool blankets. Currently the building is being repaired, restored, and retrofit for housing three copper pot stills and aging whiskey casks.
