Bodega Gil Berzal is known for their organic, biodynamic and regenerative farming in Laguardia, Rioja, Spain. Garnacha grapes were fermented with indigenous yeasts for 6 months in concrete. The wine was bottled without filtration, stabilization or sulfites.
