With rums aged up to three years, this tiny artisan blend of only 4 casks is undoubtedly one of the most interesting spirits currently in our portfolio. Split almost evenly between pot and Krassel distillation runs and aged in a wild mix of Acacia wood, first fill ex-Cognac French Oak and ex-wine American Oak this rum is equally as complex with notes that range from mesquite smoke, dried papaya, raw honey and dry, spicy piney oak.
