The Producer
One of the most inspiring agave projects to come out of Mexico in years, Zinacantan is the story of a many multi-generation mezcal family in Puebla whose story is told through current generation proprietor, Fabiola Monfil. Years of prohibitions in the area meant this story couldn't be shared with the world until now. This wild Tobala mezcal was made 100% naturally with zero additives, with each step of the slow hand made process contributing layers of complex flavors as well as a natural balance to this exquisite, refined spirit.
